- While you don’t like that your desk is messy, you don’t know any other way.
- It can be the result of trauma at an early age. It becomes a sort of security blanket for you!
What should I do about this?
- Distance yourself from what has caused you trauma/your triggers.
- Acknowledge how this ‘safety blanket’ has served you in life.
- Truly try to embrace letting go of your anxiety.
