  • Ask: What do you know about this person? What do they know about you?
  • Feeling safe to reveal all parts of you

What can you do to protect your intimacy?

  • Maintain trust with one another.
  • When you don’t feel fulfilled, you can shut down and feel hurt, which pushes a button with your spouse. Avoid this reactive cycle.
  • Try not to project any past pains that could hinder vulnerability.

How much attention does attention need?

  • It fluctuates throughout life!
  • Children can hinder closeness in your relationship.
  • As the children grow older, you’re given the opportunity to rekindle your romance and spend more time together!
